Answer
Tesla has not published an official FSD v15 release date. Owner cars are still on v14. No tracker we opened lists a consumer v15 build.

There is no official consumer date. This page does not invent one.
Owner software is still v14. This tracker lists FSD 14.3.13 as the newest numbered HW4 build. Teslascope’s AI4 list and Not a Tesla App’s software-update index also stop at 14.3.13. None of those pages list a v15 consumer package.
On Tesla’s Q3 2026 earnings call (October 21, 2026), Ashok Elluswamy said, as quoted by The Verge: “Like I mentioned earlier, the software for Cybercabs and Model Y is the same. And pretty soon we’ll be able to release the same software as part of the V15 release to customers. The only additional requirement is to make sure that, for example, the customer Model Y can be part of the geofences and the fleet management that Tesla has for it to be fully autonomous. We suspect somewhere around Q2 next year is when we can turn on some of the first customer vehicles to be part of the robotaxi fleet.”
That Q2 2027 line is Tesla talking about customer cars joining the robotaxi fleet inside Tesla geofences. It is not an official v15 download date for owner cars. Not a Tesla App published the same Elluswamy lines on October 23, 2026.
Earlier, Not a Tesla App’s April 22, 2026 recap of Tesla’s Q1 2026 call reported that Elon Musk targeted the end of 2026 or the start of 2027 for v15, with a total architectural overhaul, and that v15 would run on AI4 / HW4. That is an April 2026 target, not a date that shipped. As of this check, that window has not produced a consumer v15 build.
FSD Asia Watch’s FSD Brain page, updated November 1, 2026, said there was no v15 release and no new date that week. It also said Tesla’s Q2 2027 line is a target, not a release date.
The 14.3.13 notes on this site still list two upcoming items: expand reasoning to all behaviors beyond destination handling, and add pothole avoidance. Those are v14 upcoming notes. They are not a v15 date.
It will not guess a month. Talk about unsupervised driving or robotaxi fleets is Tesla’s talk, labeled with who said it and when. FSD on owner cars still needs a licensed driver who stays attentive.
FSD Update is independent of Tesla, Inc. FSD on owner cars still needs a licensed driver who stays attentive. It is not fully autonomous.
