What changed in FSD 14.3.13: same notes as 14.3.12

FSD 14.3.13 is rolling out on Tesla software 2026.38.5.10. The first sightings came in at about 12:52 AM PT on October 20, 2026. It's a new FSD build, but the release notes are the same as 14.3.12. Tracker card: FSD 14.3.13.

First sightings

@fsd_database logged it at 12:52 AM PT on a 2025 Model 3 in New York:

Two seconds later, @teslascope spotted 2026.38.5.10 on a 2025 Model 3 in New York. At 12:54 AM PT, @wholemars posted "Tesla Self-Driving 14.3.13 is rolling out now!"

Same notes as 14.3.12

The 14.3.13 notes match 14.3.12 line for line, apart from the version number, and no new features are listed. For the full notes, see What changed in FSD 14.3.12.

14.3 Lite on the same build

2026.38.5.10 also carries FSD 14.3 Lite for HW3 cars. At 1:21 AM PT, Zack (@BLKMDL3) posted that the update was coming to a 2019 Model 3, and the release-notes screenshot in the post lists FSD 14.3 Lite:

What we don't know yet

• How big this wave is. The early sightings are all from US cars.
• What, if anything, changed under the hood. Tesla's notes don't say, so we aren't guessing.
