Firmware 2026.27.11, two FSD stacks

Early-access cars are downloading firmware 2026.27.11. Which FSD build you get depends on the car.

Tim’s Cybertruck and Model Y are on FSD (Supervised) v14.3.10, with release notes that match the prior package on 2026.27.10. Separately, an HW3 Model S is downloading the same firmware number with FSD (Supervised) v14.2 Lite, not 14.3.10.

Early access: HW4 stays on 14.3.10

@TimDOES screenshots show his Cybertruck and Model Y downloading 2026.27.11 with notes headed FSD (Supervised) v14.3.10. He said those notes look exactly the same as the prior 14.3.10 package.

Hardware 3: same firmware, 14.2 Lite

@rajuvamsi007 posted that an HW3 Model S was already downloading. The in-car screen shows firmware 2026.27.11 and FSD (Supervised) v14.2 Lite. HW3 and Model S come from the tweet text, not from text printed in the screenshot.

That is the same firmware number on a different FSD stack. It is not Hardware 3 getting 14.3.10. Details on the Lite path: What changed in FSD 14.2 Lite.

Automatic Collision Evasion on the 14.3.10 notes

On Tim’s HW4 builds, the notes still open with Automatic Collision Evasion. His 2026.27.11 screenshots use Tesla’s wording:

Automatic Collision Evasion activates Full Self-Driving (Supervised) to try to keep your vehicle safe and then continue driving. It can engage while you are driving manually and detects that you are not sufficiently attentive to the road (for example, reaching toward the back seat), and that Full Self-Driving (Supervised) may have been unintentionally disengaged.

That is still FSD (Supervised). Automatic Collision Evasion is an active-safety path that can bring Supervised in while you drive manually, in the situations Tesla describes above. It is not unsupervised consumer FSD. It is not a Robotaxi launch. ACE first showed up on the tracker with What changed in FSD 14.3.9.

v14.3.10 includes (unchanged from the notes)

Tim’s HW4 build carries the same FSD (Supervised) v14.3.10 includes list owners already saw on 2026.27.10. Public notes that match that list still cover:

• Upgraded the Reinforcement Learning (RL) stage of training the FSD neural network, with improvements across a wide variety of driving scenarios
• Upgraded the neural network vision encoder for rare and low-visibility scenes, stronger 3D geometry understanding, and broader traffic-sign understanding
• Rewrote the AI compiler and runtime from the ground up with MLIR, resulting in 20% faster reaction time and faster model iteration
• Mitigated unnecessary lane biasing and minor tailgating behaviors
• Increased decisiveness of parking spot selection and maneuvering
• Improved parking location pin prediction, now shown on a map with a P icon
• Enhanced response to emergency vehicles, school buses, right-of-way violators, and other rare vehicles
• Improved handling of small animals by focusing RL training on harder examples and adding rewards for better proactive safety
• Improved traffic light handling at complex intersections with compound lights, curved roads, and yellow light stopping
• Improved handling for rare and unusual objects extending, hanging, or leaning into the vehicle path
• Improved handling of temporary system degradations by maintaining control and automatically recovering without driver intervention
• Improved driver monitoring sensitivity with better eye gaze tracking, eyewear handling, and accuracy in variable lighting
• Unified the model between Actually Smart Summon, FSD, and Robotaxi (carried from earlier 14.3.x notes on some vehicles)
• Intervention-reason prompt after a takeover, intervention-free distance and streak in the Self-Driving app, and parking options on the map at arrival (also carried from earlier 14.3.x notes)

Upcoming Improvements

The same 14.3.10 notes still list Upcoming Improvements:

• Expand reasoning to all behaviors beyond destination handling

Those lines are forward-looking. They are not claimed as live in 2026.27.11.

What this is not

This is not a new FSD version number for every car on 2026.27.11. HW4 early access in Tim’s report stays on 14.3.10. HW3 in Raju’s report lands on 14.2 Lite under the same firmware. Neither path is unsupervised consumer FSD. This is not a second full “what changed in 14.3.10” stack recap.
